Meta's Creative Department consists of over 65 designers with multiple disciplines. The team is unified by 3 main values, which empower designers to bring their best craft in every content.

I developed the concept and designed the value poster, grounded in basic shape and grid. Each illustration delivered the essence each value and when the 3 posters were put together, they connected seamlessly. The designs were extended into sticker designs, which is a huge culture at Meta. I also created a value prop template for the team to express appreciation.
